[ad_1]

It seems like you hear about Type 2 Diabetes almost every day. It has actually become the epic of our time. More and more adults are being diagnosed with Diabetes, but many individuals do not know what Type 2 Diabetes Symptoms should be on the lookout for. In fact, on average over one-third of individuals who are afflicted with the disease have yet to be diagnosed. Diabetes can be easily managed, but to manage it you must know that you have it. So what Type 2 Diabetes Symptoms should you be on the lookout for?

Perhaps one of the most common indicators is an overwhelmingly and constant thirst. If you notice a significant change in how much you are drinking, that may be an indication that your blood sugar may be off. Consequently, if you are constantly running to the bathroom to urinate it may also be an indicator that you have a problem.

Another one of the more common Type 2 Diabetes Symptoms is a constant and overwhelming feeling of fatigue. If you find that you are suddenly not able to function through the day as you used to be able to then it may be that your blood sugar levels are off. Additionally, if you find that you are more cranky and snippy than usual then that could be an additional signal you should get yourself checked.

There are some lesser known Type 2 Diabetes Symptoms that need to be looked at with the same respect as some of the more common ones. If you are experiencing tingling or numbness in your extremities or trouble with infections that affect your skin, gum, or bladder then you might want to be a bit concerned. Additionally, if your body has difficulty healing then you may be suffering from Diabetes.

Unfortunately, for many individuals they do not discover that they have been affected by Type 2 Diabetes until they are already experiencing more severe health problems. For many of these individuals they may experience severely blurred vision, chest pains, or even diabetic neuropathy, which is an advanced problem where you experience numbness or pain with your hands and / or feet.

The good news is that all of this can be avoided with a little effort to keep a look out for some of the Type 2 Diabetes Symptoms. By looking for these, you can be sure that you will be able to see signs that you blood sugar levels are off before your body experiences more severe complications.
