1. Sensitive Taste Buds and Smell

The food that used to taste good to you might taste awful now that you are pregnant. It might even make you nauseous. If your favorite foods are making you sick, it could be on the earliest possible signs of pregnancy.

2. Missing your Period

Another early sign of pregnancy is missing your period. Some women have irregular periods. A wide variety of factors can be responsible for irregular periods, including them: Significant weight gain or loss, chemotherapy, medications, stress, caffeine, drug use, smoking, too much exercise, poor nutrition, and eating disorders. Most of the time, missing a period is a common sign of being pregnant.

3. Sore Breast

This is also one of the earliest possible signs of pregnancy. Your breast can become sore just a few days after conception. Breast tenderness during pregnancy is a very common thing. Typically, this tenderness begins during the fourth and sixth weeks of pregnancy, and carries on through the first trimester. A lot of women will find that their sore breast goes away during the second and third trimesters.

4. Morning Sickness

Morning sickness is a classic sign of pregnancy. Over 50 percent of all women will experience morning sickness. Morning sickness is that nauseated feeling you get during pregnancy. The nausea is caused by the increased number of hormones in your body. Most doctors believe that morning sickness is a good sign because it means the placenta is developing well. Morning sickness symptoms usually go away after the first trimester.

5. Feeling Exhausted All the Time

Most women will feel tired as a result of being pregnant. Even though this is a sure sign of being pregnant, it could ea symptom for other health concerns. Eat some healthy snacks throughout the day to keep your energy level up.

6. Dark Areola

A dark areola is one of the physical symptoms of pregnancy and you can have this symptom through your entire pregnancy.

7. Basal Body Temperature

Some Women who are trying to have a baby will be taking their oral temperature when they get up in the morning so they can figure out their fertility period. This is very useful to find out the earliest possible signs of pregnancy. When you have your period your temperature will return to normal, but if you happen to be pregnant your temperature will be higher than usual.

8. Mood Swings

Are you crying about anything? Do you cry for no reason at all? Well it is probably your hormones going crazy and not you. These mood swings will go away after a few weeks as your body gets used to all the hormonal changes.

9. Cramps

Cramping can be mild to severe. Cramps can be a signal of a problem or just another sign of a stretching and growing uterus. Also since your uterus has begun to grow, this will cause some discomfort in your abdomen.

10. Spotting

At least 25% of all pregnant women will have some light bleeding when they first get pregnant. Some women may mistake this bleeding for the start of their period. As long as it is shorter or lighter than your regular period you can take this as a sign that you have missed your period completely.

11. Bloating

Are you not able to fit into your clothes now? You might want to pick up a pregnancy test because this symptom could mean you are carrying a little one inside you. Bloating right before your period is normal but if you are still bloated after your period it could be time to start buying baby clothes.

12. Bathroom Breaks Often

If you find that you are constantly going to the bathroom during the night or can not get through the work day without constantly ending up in the bathroom then you are likely pregnant. After your first trimester this should ease off and then return during the last few weeks of your pregnancy as your baby will use your bladder as a trampoline.

13. Starving All The Time

Do you find yourself having irresistible cravings and eating more than you normally would? You should make sure you are eating a balanced diet that will meet all your needs.

14. Headaches

Everyone has heads sometimes, but pregnant women will have more chairs than the average person. This is because your body increases your blood volume as well as hormonal changes.

15. Constipation

Even though being constipated in no fun, it does serve a purpose. Your body is making your digestive tract slow down so it can absorb more nutrients than the foods you eat. You should increase the water and fiber in your diet and know that this is a side effect that will stay with you until the end of your pregnancy.

Whether you have one, a few or all of these pregnancy symptoms, it is better to know as soon as possible if you are pregnant or not so your baby gets the nourishment it needs. You should see your family doctor if you are having the earliest possible signs of pregnancy.
