Repeat for about fifteen minutes per session one to two sessions a day. If you do Jelqing exercises you should watch out for any discomfort or bruising. Although some soreness in the beginning is natural, persistent pain means you are overdoing it.
How much improvement can you expect when using these homemade penis enlargement devices? One study showed that weight hanging resulted in an increase of 1.25 inches over a period of four months, but this was when the exercise was done for 12 hours a day, seven days a week. You should see a similar level of improvement but over a longer period of time; do not attempt the routine described above. Jelqing should produce similar results.
