Stomach and Duodenum Ulcers affects a growing number of people every year. Although your diet and stress worsen the symptoms of ulcers. It is proven they are not the cause.
The main symptom of a stomach ulcer is a feeling of tightness or congestion with pain in the stomach area which occurs immediately after a meal. This pain is often accompanied by vomiting, loss of appetite and burning in the gastrointestinal tract. Sometimes there are no symptoms at all at the beginning. Often bleeding and pain are the very first symptoms that we experience.

This bacteria can spread from human to human from close contact, for example by drinking from the same bottle or eating from the same plate.
Symptoms of ulcers are worsened by:

– use of medication, certain painkillers, anti-rheumatic, NSAI’s (Non Steroidal Anti Inflamatory Drugs)
Severe stomach ulcers cause a feeling of fullness, loss of appetite and significant weight loss or weight gain. These are not the only consequences that affect the patient’s. Untreated ulcers can perforate the stomach or duodenal wall or even lead to bleeding. This kind of serious situation requires immediate attention. Recurring ulcers can lead to an increased risk of stomach cancer. Ulcers can be treated with drugs, however, the risk of relapse is nearly 85%. The scale increases when the patient smokes cigarettes
How can we ease the symptoms of ulcers?
– stop smoking, which really affects the digestive system
– do not take painkillers without a doctor’s recommendation – avoid drinking coffee and strong tea
– avoid citrus fruits
– cut down on alcohol consumption especially on an empty stomach
Furthermore, we should avoid eating foods that do not agree with us, which cause nausea, vomiting, and lead to abdominal pain. It is extremely important to eat your meals at fixed hours. You should avoid eating food at late times, at least 3 hours before bedtime. Ulcers are becoming more and more common so it is up to ourselves to look after our digestive system!
