Did you know there are specific exercises to lose weight quickly? Did you also know that what you've been doing up until now is probably too much? This article will hopefully open your eyes to the fact that the traditional idea of doing lots of cardio to lose weight is no longer a good idea. You will learn that you do not need to exercise nearly as much as you previously thought.
If you're like many people you have the belief that the more cardio or aerobics you do, the more weight you will lose. You watch the little counter on the treadmill which tells you how many calories you have burned and you feel pretty proud of yourself after spending an hour doing what a hamster does best.
But guess what? Chances are, you could lose a lot more weight by spending a lot less time doing cardio!
So what does this involve and how does it work?
Let me give you an example of what I do on a weekly basis:
1. I do resistance training (this includes weight training (usually using your body weight) for 15 minutes a day, 3 days a week.
2. I do interviews for 15 minutes a day, 3 days a week. Intervals are great, and they leave you feeling like you've actually done a bit of work! They involve going hard for a set time (usually on a treadmill or even jumping rope in your living room – see my website for more ideas), then slowing down for a set time, enough to get your breath back. Alternate for 15 minutes.
Doing the above exercises to lose weight kind of make me feel like I'm not doing enough. I definitely feel a little sore for a day or so, and I know I've had a good workout, but I've only done 30 minutes! Can it really be that easy ??
In a word, YES! It CAN be that easy!
If you want to learn how you can lose weight exercising for only 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week, or if you want to see others who have achieved amazing weight loss results, then you'd better visit my website to find out exactly how it's done.
