Anti Aging Eye Creams – What's Hot and What's Not
If you are like me, you probably are tired of the new anti aging eye creams being launched daily into the market. Each one claims to be the best one ever, and promises a youthful skin overnight. How do you find out which cream is really effective?
The simple way to evaluate anti aging eye creams, or any skin care product for that matter, is to check their list of ingredients.
Most of the products you will be able to discard right away as they would contain harmful chemical ingredients like Parabens, Dioxane, Mineral oil and Acrylamide.
All these chemicals are really harsh on the skin and can cause a number of problems like dryness, allergies, skin irritation and even cancers and tumors. There is just no point in using such chemical laden creams which anyway provide temporary results only.
Another thing to watch out for is anti aging eye creams containing Collagen inside. While it's true that our skin needs more Collagen to keep firm and smooth, using a cream containing this protein is not the right way to go about it.
The reason for this is – Collagen molecules are too big in size to be able to pass through our skin's outer layer. Using such a cream will have almost no effect on the lines and wrinkles in the skin as the bulk of the collagen in it will be left outside, unabsorbed.
What you really need is a way to increase the production of this protein inside your body.
This can be done by using a cream containing natural ingredients like Manuka Honey . This honey stimulates the production of Collagen and Elastin in the body and makes the skin firm and elastic naturally. It also acts as a potent anti-oxidant and protects the skin from the damage caused by free radicals found in environmental pollution.
Homeo Age (TM) is another natural ingredient to look for in anti aging eye creams. This derivative of brown algae nourishes the skin with many vitamins and mineral and is very effective at removing eye wrinkles.
Eyeliss (TM) is a very useful peptide that helps in removing the puffiness and bags under the eyes. It does so by strengthening the capillaries in the skin so at they do not burst and deposit fluids under the skin; improving the drainage in the skin to remove the accumulated fluids and increasing the elasticity and firmness of the skin.
This is the easiest way to find effective anti aging eye creams. Just look for effective natural ingredients and avoid chemical based creams – a healthy, smooth skin can be yours too then.
