Don’t Take L-Pyroglutamic Acid Supplements Without Reading This

L- pyroglutamic acid sometimes irritate the intestinal lining that could result to diarrhea. To avoid this side effect, do not take it on an empty stomach. Effects on the brain activities can be expected two weeks after daily supplementation. Better concentration, lesser mental fatigue and stress plus an improved memory are the first therapeutic effect that the patient will notice.

It should not be given to pregnant and breast feeding women, very young children and to people who take blood thinners like Coumadin and Aspirin.
