Don’t Take L-Pyroglutamic Acid Supplements Without Reading This

L-pyroglutamic acid is also being used to treat patients who feel mental fatigue very often. L-pyroglutamic acid has memory boosting capabilities making it a highly studied nutrient as possible cure for Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.

Better cerebral metabolism, improved microcirculation, healthy neurotransmitter function, increased mental energy, and enhanced memory function are the other benefits you could get when you take in L- pyroglutamic acid.

Interestingly though, L- pyroglutamic acid has been studied a lot for its beneficial uses to the brain yet few are mentioned about its side effects. The only reported unwanted effects of L- pyroglutamic acid are mild head aches and gastrointestinal irritation. Studies and experiments made on lab rats show no significant danger of taking L- pyroglutamic acid in excessive amounts.

Since this only exist in small amounts from its food sources, it is best to take them in supplement forms. Most products that contain L- pyro glutamic acid are generally considered as safe for consumption. Considering the severity of the clinical manifestations of brain exhaustion, the recommended dosage for L-pyroglutamic acid is started at 500 mg to 1 gram twice a day. L- pyroglutamic acid sometimes irritate the intestinal lining that could result to diarrhea. To avoid this side effect, do not take it on an empty stomach. Effects on the brain activities can be expected two weeks after daily supplementation. Better concentration, lesser mental fatigue and stress plus an improved memory are the first therapeutic effect that the patient will notice.

It should not be given to pregnant and breast feeding women, very young children and to people who take blood thinners like Coumadin and Aspirin.

Brain stress is unpleasant. It totally destroys your day and will give you massive headaches and your risk to acquire other diseases also increase. In times you feel mentally stressed out, you sometimes find yourself wishing for a mental black-out to be free from all those demanding thoughts that haunt you. But this is just a temporary measure. You need to look for means that will bring your sleeping brain cells to life.
